		<description>I know exactly how you feel!  my problem was just the reverse.  For work reasons, I have been unable to train formally for a few months.  I am just now getting back to the dojo.  Training on my own can helped keep up my skill (such as it is) to a point.   But, I still have to knock the rust off now that I am back to it formally.  Best of luck and keep up the pace...it&#039;s definately worth it!</description>
