Hi - thanks so much for stopping by and leaving a comment!

Us amputees are a resilient bunch, and I have no doubts that your daughter is going to plough through life with her positive attitude and with all the support from you and your husband. If there's ever any questions on your mind you think I might able to help with, feel free to get in touch - when I was a kid one of my doctors who built my prostheses was an amputee himself, and Mum in particular used to say it always helped being able to ask him about things you experience as an amputee to help her get an understanding of what I used to have to go through.

Cheers!

I'm Jaedyn's mom, I just wanted to say thank you for linking her article from our local paper and offering words of encouragement. It's nice to hear from someone in a similar situation. I'm pretty proud of my girl, so far nothing has turned out to be too much for her. Her dad and I encourage her to try things she is interested in and see how it works out. Karate has been good for her on many levels, I hope that she continues.
